Living in Brussels
Brussels is a vibrant, multi-cultural city with both a rich history and a constantly evolving future. Not only is it the capital of Belgium, but many consider it to be the capital of Europe. Brussels is the principal center of the European Commission, the EU Council of Europe, and the European Parliament. It is also home to the political arm of NATO and the corporate headquarters of many multi-national firms. For students of political science, international studies, history, economics and business, Brussels has much to offer. It is, after all, at the core of activity driving the European Union. Opportunity abounds within EPA internships for students to work closely with those entities shaping the political, social and economic profile of the present day – and future European Union.
