UR Travel Registration

Thank you for your interest in registering your travel!

Due to Covid-19 the University has updated its domestic and international travel policies for all UR community members. All members MUST review these updates on our Coronavirus FAQ website BEFORE registering travel. If you have questions about upcoming travel, contact travelsecurity@rochester.edu

The University of Rochester provides a secure registry system for facultystaff, and medical residents and fellows to record their travel plans when they are going on University sponsored or supported activity. This helps ensure smooth communication and rapid, consistent institutional support for travelers involved in an emergency.

If you are a student:

  • All students (graduate, undergraduate, PhD, and medical students) must register their travel using the Education Abroad Portal. If you have already applied for your program through the Education Abroad Portal, you do not need to register your travel here.
  • To register your travel, email Aleta Anthony, Director of Operations, Center for Education Abroad (aleta.anthony@rochester.edu) with responses to the following questions:
    • Full Name:
    • Brief description of activity/experience:
    • If an institution or company is hosting the activity, list the name of that institution/company:
    • City, Country of host country:
